Sharing a favorite healthy salad recipe of mine today! I started making this sesame cabbage salad in my undergrad days, and since it’s so flavorful and filling, a lot of my friends love it! Prep time is about 15 minutes, although it took me about 30 minutes since I only have a mini-grater at the moment [still in the process of moving]! I’ll give credit to Arin… he helped me a little with the carrots since my arm got so tired, so just make sure you have a LARGE vegetable grater handy ladies or your husband.
SERVES: 2-3 people
