It’s finally starting to feel like fall in California (sort of) and I’m here for it! I’ve been enjoying decorating our new place SO MUCH, so I want to share how I styled my bar cart for fall this year with you guys. I love adding little touches here and there around the house, so if you have a bar cart, try styling it with a few fall decor pieces and you’ll see how much of an impact it has in creating a cozy look in your home. My bar cart is hubby approved and is currently on sale too!

Picking the right bar cart took me a while, so thanks for all who voted on which to buy – I am IN LOVE with ours! One reason being, it is very roomy, so it makes storing a lot of things on it a lot easier! I love the subtle grey color to the wood and the hint of gold metal makes it so chic! It also comes in an actual wood tone, in case you’re on the hunt for one. I came across a lot of bar carts that were very poorly made and cheap looking. This one was so easy to put together and the quality is definitely there!

Bar Cart [color: Pebble] // Serving Tray [Large] //  Pumpkin [Size: Mini, Dusty Blue] // Champagne Flutes

When styling your bar cart, make sure you create different levels. I added my serving tray on the top shelf to add more height to things I choose to display. You can feature a few items that stand out on it… I chose to style it with Vueve Clicquot champagne bottles since the labeling is bright and I put two of my favorite champagne flutes next to it. Make sure you don’t over-clutter your featured area on your bar cart! I added a touch of fall near it with my mini matted blue pumpkin or as I like to call it, my “Cinderella pumpkin.”

This serving tray comes in a set of two & interlocks into each other, but I only used one to style my bar cart. It’s super convenient since I have the other one to use as a cake stand, charcuterie board, or even a gorgeous display for my skincare products/perfumes.

Bar Cart [color: Pebble] // Pumpkin [Size: Large Dusty Pink Sparkle, Medium Dusty Pink Velvet, Small Beige Sparkle] // Gold Straws

I wanted to step outside of the box, so instead of getting real pumpkins, I went for these fabric pumpkins and let me tell you… I am OBSESSED with them! It’s been non-stop complements from my friends ever since I put them out on display around the house.

I went with various sizes, that way stacking them would create a nice layered effect. I didn’t want to go with the traditional orange colorway for fall, so I chose some dusty pink tones, nudes (of course!), a rustic mustardy gold tone, and a few contrast pieces like plum and the muted blue. They come in the most BEAUTIFUL velvet finish and some in a subtle sparkly finish, again creating such gorgeous textures for the whole look! What do you ladies think?!

I chose to go with real pumpkin stems to give it a natural look, but you have the option of silver, green, or gold as well (which would look so glamorous)!

Wine Opener [Champagne Gold] // Pumpkin [Medium Mustard Gold] // Decanter

My personal style has always been minimal but glam, so when picking out the florals for the bar cart, I went with something subtle and more mute, that way my pumpkins pop more. You can get gorgeous garldands or spray branches (like I did) & just wrap it around the legs of your bar cart.

I also love having my gold metallic straws on display on the bar cart, especially because it makes it so easy to grab when you need it. I use them for my iced coffees in the mornings or for fun cocktails when we have guests come over. I store them in this gold trimmed glass for some added bling.

And we can’t forget my favorite electronic wine opener! You guys know how much Arin and I use this thing…it comes with a cute display case, foil cutter, & lights up when in use. It just requires charging every 6 months which is so easy to do! I’ve ordered so many of these electronic wine openers as housewarming presents for my friends and they all love it! Make sure to display any cute utensils or glassware you use to make drinks on your bar cart… you don’t want it to be filled with alcohol only.. or do you??

Wine Opener [Champagne Gold] // Pumpkin [Small Plum] // Wine Glass [Red Wine] // Bar Cart [color: Pebble] //Serving Tray [Large] // Champagne Flutes // Gold Straws  // Decanter

On the bottom shelf, I stored some unique bottles of whiskey and wine. We’re huge Game of Thrones fans (minus the last few episodes! If you know, you know…) so I made sure to display our collection. I also added a few of my favorite wine glasses and a decanter that I use for when I feel like pampering myself with a nice glass of red wine! Insert this velvety gold pumpkin, & you have yourself fall, on your bar cart!
