Last summer, Arin and I did a quick 5-day trip along the southern coast of California. The drive along the coast is so beautiful…HIGHLY recommend doing it! You’ll even spot lots of sea animals along the way. Halfway through the trip, we met up with some of our friends and had the best time! Sometimes you just need a quick getaway, so that’s exactly what we did with our mini 5 day trip along the California coast last year. This trip ended up being so relaxing for us both, which is what we wanted out of it. Lots of early morning coffee time on the beach, long walks, and just enjoying nature. In case you need a mini-vacation, I’ve listed all of the places we stopped along the coast and the best places to eat. Wine tasting & white summer dresses?! YES, PLEASE. Since places have officially opened up, I wanted to share our mini trip to Temecula. I’m personally trying to incorporate more dresses into my wardrobe and since I’ve been into the cut-out trend for this summer, I’ve linked LOTS and LOTS of colorful and white dresses for you [sadly, mine is already sold out].
Boat trips with no agenda but to get 50 shades darker? Sign me up. NOW. We decided to book a MUCH NEEDED Maui trip on a whim recently, so I quickly got to planning. Life decided to throw in a curve ball LITERALLY the night before our flight though…our rental car company cancelled our car reservation due to “an error,” and we were left with NO CAR. Leave it to me to book our trip during SPRING BREAK LOL…pretty much EVERY SINGLE rental company on the island was sold out. BUT, once we got there, we realized it forced us to really walk around the island which was SO much better! The only thing we didn’t get to do was explore Road to Hana (which you need a car for), but that only means another trip to Maui!
This weekend we did a quick little getaway to Lake Arrowhead for some relaxation in nature. I was hoping the snow would continue, but it stopped snowing about a week before we got here…better luck next time! I know everyone is still trying to stay in as much as possible and the only option is taking advantage of nature this winter. Friends, RIGHT NOW, my homeland Armenia is being attacked with illegal bombs that are killing my innocent Armenian brothers and sisters. It has been more than 7 days now, and we have yet to hear news stations report on the Armenia-Azerbaijan war. We have yet to see our non-Armenian friends show us solidarity by simply standing up for Armenians and posting at least one informational post about Armenia being attacked by Azerbaijan with the help of Turkey.
