Choosing the right dresses for your pre-wedding photoshoot can make a huge difference in the vibe you want your photos to give. I advise every bride and groom-to-be to sit down and talk about what fits both of your personalities. Arin and I love dressing up and both of us pay a lot of attention to detail, so a glamorous pre-wedding photoshoot was exactly what we agreed on!

If you’re a sucker for themes, then you’ll LOVE this. I had so much fun planning my bridal shower, with the help of my amazing mom, a few cousins, and my sister-in-law [ and yes, I did drive them a bit crazy one too many times ]. I CANNOT believe it’s been over ONE YEAR since then! If you’re new here, I was supposed to get married in May 2020, but right after my bridal shower last year, COVID decided to show up. I’m definitely grateful that I got to at least have my bridal shower with my closest friends & family before everything got shut down.

Let’s just say that I went through so many dresses until I found this beautiful white lace dress that was so P E R F E C T L Y me. With so many of my friends getting married, I thought I’d round up some gorgeous pieces for those that are searching for the perfect bridal shower dress to wear as the bride. Also linking lots of dresses to wear as a guest.

Valentine’s Day is around the corner so thought I’d share some of my favorite things out there. This his & hers Chanel perfume and cologne set is everything – from the packaging to the scent – it is perfection! If you’re big on collecting designer boxes, then this is a great way to get your hands on one. I like to save them and use it as decor in my closet or put it under the Christmas tree for some added glam. I’m still contemplating whether or not to stay in for Valentine’s Day or to go out during the week for it… But you better believe that there will be a gift exchange – Mr. G already knows! Here is some gift inspo for my last minute shoppers!

My Christmas tree is finally put away, so naturally, I had to bust out my Valentines Day home decor! Found some cute paper plates and straws at Target, a few festive decor pieces for my bar cart from Hobby Lobby, and my new FAVOURITE “P.S. I LOVE YOU” valentines candle at HomeGoods. Still unsure about what we’ll be doing for Valentines Day this year because of all of the closures/re-opening of restaurants and outdoor dining…to go out for dinner or not? – a question I can’t seem to decide on yet. Still thought it would be fun to make the house a little festive, especially because I’ve been in a funky mood all of January. Just want to remind you that everyone goes though different phases of motivation, the important thing is to not lose sight of your goals. It’s okay to take rest days for yourself and find inspiration. I was feeling very uninspired the last few weeks, but took some time off for myself and definitely feeling more motivated now! I’ve linked lots of cute Valentines day home decor pieces I found for you all… whether you love Target/Amazon…I got you covered. Hope you all are staying safe & enjoying every moment!

Christmas tree decorating has got to be my favourite! I got so many messages asking me about my Christmas tree, so here are ALL the details! This was mine and Arin’s first Christmas tree together, so I wanted it to be extra special, considering how all of 2020 went (am I right?!). It took us 2 full days to finish everything, but separating the branches, by far, take the longest. We made a fun two days out of it…it included lots of yummy Nespresso Hazelnut Muffin coffee, Christmas music, & some trial and error.

IT’S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR! Wanted to make shopping easy for you this year and considering we’re all doing online shopping, you can refer back to this holiday gift guide anytime! I’ll be adding more guides here this whole week for specific people in your life (or for yourself!) because let’s be honest, I always end up shopping for myself a little when I’m doing my Christmas shopping for others haha! Some of the gifts I shared here are things I already own & love..Some are just things that I think are very “useable” gifts to give to your friends & family!

It’s finally starting to feel like fall in California (sort of) and I’m here for it! I’ve been enjoying decorating our new place SO MUCH, so I want to share how I styled my bar cart for fall this year with you guys. I love adding little touches here and there around the house, so if you have a bar cart, try styling it with a few fall decor pieces and you’ll see how much of an impact it has in creating a cozy look in your home. My bar cart is hubby approved and is currently on sale too!

Friends, RIGHT NOW, my homeland Armenia is being attacked with illegal bombs that are killing my innocent Armenian brothers and sisters. It has been more than 7 days now, and we have yet to hear news stations report on the Armenia-Azerbaijan war. We have yet to see our non-Armenian friends show us solidarity by simply standing up for Armenians and posting at least one informational post about Armenia being attacked by Azerbaijan with the help of Turkey.

Sharing a favorite healthy salad recipe of mine today! I started making this cabbage salad in my undergrad days, and since it’s so flavorful and filling, a lot of my friends love it! Prep time is about 15 minutes, although it took me about 30 minutes since I only have a mini-grater at the moment [still in the process of moving]! I’ll give credit to Arin… he helped me a little with the carrots since my arm got so tired, so just make sure you have a LARGE vegetable grater handy ladies or your husband.
